Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/4 cup Oat Milk
- 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 Bananas
- 1 and 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
- 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
- Heat bananas in the microwave for 30 seconds to help soften them up.
- Mix wet ingredients (eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, oat milk, vanilla extract, and bananas) into a bowl.
- Mix dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and whey protein) into a bowl.
- Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
- Pour batter into a 13” x 9” pan.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle to see if any batter is still wet.
