Healthy Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1/4 cup Oat Milk
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 3 Bananas
  • 1 and 1/2 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Heat bananas in the microwave for 30 seconds to help soften them up.
  3. Mix wet ingredients (eggs, olive oil, maple syrup, oat milk, vanilla extract, and bananas) into a bowl.
  4. Mix dry ingredients (whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and whey protein) into a bowl.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  6. Pour batter into a 13” x 9” pan.
  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle to see if any batter is still wet.
